RATES & FEES

Bills are mailed out by the 21st each month and are due by the 10th. After the due date of 10th a 20% penalty will be added. Cut offs dates are normally the last week of the month after new bills have been mailed out.

Water Adjustments Policy: Take 3 previous months water bills average of gallons used, then subtract the 3 month average from the leak bill then divide by 2 and add that amount back to average bill. Only one leak adjustment per year.
